Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I share my life- the good, the bad and all between. My parents brought me to America in 1990, when I was just one-and-a half. I would not be able to share my story with you today without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. In the hope of having an improved life I was determined to try my best to please them. I was focused on my success. My plan of life was: I would attend university, find a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy an apartment. This was my vision of what it would take to be successful. But the reality of life changed my plans. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and the status was great however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was doing nothing but wasting time. The year 2013 was when I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also loved socializing and being able to help others. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I discovered the personal training I needed. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. It's rare to meet an Asian woman working in this field. My goal is to become a catalyst within the business to offer the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their dreams and do all they wish to do in their life. When I began my professional career, the death of my mom was the most devastating blow to my life. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. mind. It is amazing how life can give us the exact lessons we need even if we aren't aware of that it is there. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to begin her new life, and I got my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. When I reach the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live now instead of merely living just like I did in the past. My story is made available to me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. This will help you know you're not alone. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is essential and is normal. Health is the best riches. My hope is that you will live life fully and that your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.
